You will stand against a doorframe with your arm behind your back.
You’re gonna look to the side and away, and you should feel a pulling in your neck.
You’re going to look to the side and straight ahead.
For the posterior scape, you’re going to look to down and you’re going to retract your chin like a triple chin face.
